15th Asian Airgun Championship : India successfully concluded the campaign.

  • Indian shooters successfully concluded their campaign at the 15th Asian Airgun Championship 2022 in Daegu, South Korea on 18th November.
  • The 15th Asian Airgun Championship 2022 saw a string of Indian winners. Indian shooters won 25 out of 28 gold medals.
  • On the final day, Rhythm Sangwan and Vijayveer Sidhu won gold in the 10m air pistol mixed team, while Manu Bhaker and Samrat Rana topped the respective junior shooting events.
  • India’s dominance of the competition was complete, with Manu Bhaker and Samrat Rana winning gold in the junior mixed air pistol, followed by a similar 17–3 victory over Uzbekistan’s Nigina Saidkulova and Mukhamed Kamalov.
