Cabinet approves MSP for all Rabi crops for the marketing season 2023-24.

  • The United Cabinet on 18th October 2022, approved in the Minimum Support Price (MSP) for Rabi crops including wheat & mustard.
  • The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs, chaired by PM Narendra Modi hiked the MSP wheat by the 110 per quintal and MSP for mustard by Rs 400/- per quintal for the RMS (rabi marketing season), 2023-24.
  • The government increase the MSP for lentils by Rs 500, the highest among all crops.
