Captain Abhilasha Barak has become the 1st woman officer to be inducted into the Army Aviation Corps as a fighter aircraft carrier after successfully completing her training.
She was awarded the coveted wings along with 36 other army pilots by the Director-General & Colonel Commandant of Army Aviation during a valedictory ceremony in Nashik on 25 May 2022. Abhilasha Barak hails from Haryana.
