Conrad Sangma took oath as the Chief Minister of Meghalaya.

National People’s Party (NPP) chief Conrad Sangma was sworn in as the Chief Minister of Meghalaya on 7 March.
Also Prestone Tynsong and Sniawbhalang Dhar took oath as Deputy Chief Ministers of Meghalaya in Shillong.
NPP chief Sangma took oath as chief minister for the second consecutive term after leading his party to a landslide victory in the assembly elections held on February 27, 26 out of 59 seats.
Alexander Laloo Hek, Dr Ampareen Lyngdoh, Paul Lyngdoh and Comingone Ymbon took oath as ministers in the 12-member new NPP-led Meghalaya cabinet.
