Delhi HC orders appointment of committee to handle affairs of IOA.

The Delhi High Court has directed the constitution of a three-member Committee of Administrators (CoA) to handle the affairs of the Indian Olympic Association (IOA).
According to PTI, the court took the decision after the IOA’s “persistent dissatisfaction” for adhering to the Sports Code.
The court directed the IOA executive committee to immediately hand over the charge to the newly appointed committee.
The IOA is recognized by the International Olympic Committee as the National Olympic Committee for India.
