- After being canceled for three consecutive years due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 10th edition of Dhaka Lit Fest (DLF), Bangladesh’s biggest international literary festival, is all set to take place on 5 to 8 January 2023.
- The Bangla Academy, located at the historic Maidan in Dhaka, will serve as the venue for the event.
- Over 500 litterateurs from across the globe, including Nobel laureate Abdulrazak Gurnah, will participate in the festival.
About Dhaka Lit Festival :
Sadaf Saaj, Ahsan Akbar and Qazi Anees Ahmed are the directors of Dhaka Lit Fest (DLF). It started in 2011 in Dhaka, and with a commitment to promote Bangladeshi literature and culture to the world. The Dhaka Lit Fest has been a popular annual event in the winter calendar of Bangladesh.
