India Energy Week (IEW) 2023 to be held from 6 to 8 February.

  • Prime Minister Modi will launch India Energy (IEW) 2023 on 6 February in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
  • Being held from 6 to 8 February, the IEW aims to showcase India’s growing capabilities as a superpower in its energy transition.
  • It will see the presence of more than 30 ministers from all over the world. Over 30,000 delegates, 1,000 exhibitors and 500 speakers will converge to discuss the challenges and opportunities of India’s energy future.
  • During the event, the Prime Minister will participate in a roundtable interaction with CEOs of global oil and gas companies. He will also launch several initiatives in the field of green energy.
  • E20 fuel to be introduced at 84 retail outlets of Oil Marketing Companies in 11 States/UTs
