- India will assume the presidency of the G20 for one year from 1 December 2022 to 30 November 2023.
- During the course of its Presidency, India will hold around 200 meetings in 32 different sectors at multiple locations across the country.

- Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also unveiled the logo, theme and website of India’s G20 Presidency.
- The G20 is an intergovernmental forum of the world’s major developed and developing economies.
