Indian wrestler & Olympic medalist Bajrang Punia won a bronze medal at World Wrestling Championships.

In wrestling, Indian wrestler & Olympic medalist Bajrang Punia clinched a bronze medal in the men’s 65 kg category at the World Wrestling Championships on 18th September.
He defeated Puerto Rico’s Sebastian C. Rivera by 11-9. Starting her journey with a bronze in 2013, this is Punia’s 4th medal in the championship.
He won a silver at the 2018 Championships followed by another bronze medal in 2019.
This is India’s 2nd medal in the current edition of the World Wrestling Championships.
