International ‘Khajuraho Dance Festival-2023’ started from 20 February. This dance festival will run till 26 February 2023.
On February 20, 2023, Khajuraho MP and BJP state president Vishnu Dutt Sharma inaugurated the 7-day 49th Khajuraho Dance Festival-2023 at the world-famous tourist destination Khajuraho.
Khajuraho Dance Festival is an important medium of tourism and sharing of cultural heritage. This festival also gives us the expression of our arts and the feeling of spiritual consciousness.
The program began with a Bharatanatyam dance performance by renowned dancer Janaki Rangarajan. On the other hand, Dhirendra Tiwari and Aparajita Sharma gave a mesmerizing performance of Kathak dance.
On this occasion, 10 people from different arts were honored with MP State Rupankar Kala Puraskar.
