The Khelo India Youth Games-2022 have concluded on 11 February 2023 in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, with a ceremony.
Maharashtra topped the medals table by winning 161 medals, including 56 gold.
Haryana came in second with 128 medals, including 41 gold, and
Madhya Pradesh came in third with 96 medals, including 39 gold.
25 national records were broken during the games, with 19 of them being in weightlifting.
5,812 players from 36 states and union territories participated in the games, held in 9 cities, with a 40% participation of girls.
The closing ceremony was addressed by the Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
