Mehuli Ghosh & Shahu Tushar Mane won India’s 2nd gold medal at ISSF World Cup

The pair of Mehuli Ghosh & Shahu Tushar Mane won India’s 2nd gold medal in the 10m air rifle mixed team final at the International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) World Cup stage in Changwon, South Korea on 13th July 2022.
Mehuli & Tushar beat the Hungarian pair of Eztor Mazaros and Istvan Pen 17-13 in a similarly drawn match-up.
This is Tushar’s 1st gold for India at the senior level, while Mehuli won her maiden gold medal at the 2019 South Asian Games in Kathmandu.
Indian pair of Palak and Shiva Narwal clinched a bronze medal in the 10m air pistol mixed event after reaching a third place play-off on 13th July 2022, Palak & Siva beat Kazakhstan’s Irina Loktanova & Valery Rakhimzhan 16-0, which turned into a one-sided clash.
India has now moved up to the 2nd spot after the leaders of Serbia with 2 gold & 1 bronze medals. Earlier, India’s Arjun Babuta won his maiden gold medal in men’s air rifle on 11th July 2022.
