National Consumer Day 2022 : 24th December

Every year on 24th December, National Consumer Day or Bharatiya Grahak Diwas is celebrated in India. This day is used to make all the consumers aware of their powers and rights. The day was created under the Consumer Protection Act, which came into force in 1986 to create awareness and protect consumers from market exploitation such as faulty products or expensive pricing.
