The Executive Committee of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) has confirmed Qatar Football Federation (QFA) as the host association of the AFC Asian Cup 2023.
The 11th AFC Executive Committee meeting was chaired by AFC President Sheikh bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa.
Qatar is the AFC Asian Cup champion and will host the most prestigious men’s tournament for the third time.
It selected All India Football Federation (AIFF) and Saudi Football Federation (SAFF) as the final two bidders.
