The first Infrastructure Working Group meeting of the G20 will be held in Pune.

  • The first meeting of the G-20 Infrastructure Working Group (IWG) is being held in Pune from 16 to 17 January 2023 under the chairmanship of G-20 India.
  • The forum will bring together IWG member countries, guest countries and international organizations invited by India to discuss the 2023 Infrastructure Agenda under India’s G-20 presidency.
  • The meeting will be hosted by the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. Australia and Brazil are joining as co-chairs.
  • The theme of the Indian G-20 Presidency ‘One Earth, One Family, One Future’ reflects the objective of the 2023 Infrastructure Agenda.
