- The move comes a day after BCCI confirmed that India head coach Rahul Dravid did not travel with the team after testing positive for COVID-19.
- India will take on Pakistan in their 1st game of the Asia Cup 2022 on 28th August, India will enter the Asia Cup 2022 as defending champions.
