World Health Day celebrated on 7th April. It is celebrated annually & every year draws attention to a specific health topic of concern to people all over the world.
The date of 7 April is the anniversary of the founding of WHO in 1948.
On the occasion of World Health Day, Ministry of Ayush organised a Yoga Utsav at the iconic 15 August ground at Red Fort. The event kickstarted the 75 days countdown to the International Day of Yoga (IDY).
