The Government of India approved the revision of the Wholesale Price Index (WPI) base year from 2011–12 to 2022–23. The revised WPI series and new Producer Price Indices (PPIs) will be released on 15 June 2026 by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT).
भारत सरकार ने थोक मूल्य सूचकांक (WPI) के आधार वर्ष को 2011–12 से बदलकर 2022–23 करने को मंजूरी दी है। संशोधित WPI श्रृंखला तथा नए उत्पादक मूल्य सूचकांक (PPI) 15 जून 2026 को उद्योग और आंतरिक व्यापार संवर्धन विभाग (DPIIT) द्वारा जारी किए जाएंगे।
