On 3 July 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated India’s first greenfield integrated Refinery-cum-Petrochemical Complex at Pachpadra, Balotra, Rajasthan. The project has been developed as a joint venture between Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited and the Government of Rajasthan. The refinery has a capacity of 9 MMTPA (Million Metric Tonnes Per Annum) and has been built with an investment of over ₹79,450 crore.

3 जुलाई 2026 को प्रधानमंत्री Narendra Modi ने राजस्थान के पचपदरा (बालोतरा) में भारत के पहले ग्रीनफील्ड एकीकृत रिफाइनरी-सह-पेट्रोकेमिकल कॉम्प्लेक्स का उद्घाटन किया। यह परियोजना Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited और राजस्थान सरकार के संयुक्त उपक्रम (Joint Venture) के रूप में विकसित की गई है। इस रिफाइनरी की क्षमता 9 MMTPA (मिलियन मीट्रिक टन प्रति वर्ष) है तथा इसका निर्माण ₹79,450 करोड़ से अधिक की लागत से किया गया है।
