The 26th Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit was held in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, from 31 August to 1 September 2026, marking the 25th anniversary of the SCO. The summit concluded with the adoption of the Bishkek Declaration.

- India’s focus: India highlighted counter-terrorism, stronger connectivity with Central Asia and greater institutional cooperation within the SCO.
