- India–Russia: Modi and Putin reviewed cooperation in trade, defence, energy, space, politics, skill mobility and people-to-people ties. They discussed global and regional issues, including conflicts in West Asia and the Black Sea region.
- Modi reiterated that dialogue and diplomacy are the way forward for resolving conflicts. Putin invited Modi to Russia for the 24th India-Russia Annual Summit, which Modi accepted.
