India’s PV Sindhu and Lakshya Sen won the women’s and men’s singles titles, respectively, at the Hylo Open 2026, held in Saarbrücken, Germany, on 1 November 2026.
- PV Sindhu defeated Denmark’s Line Kjaersfeldt 21-12, 21-14 to become the first Indian woman to win the Hylo Open women’s singles title. It was her first title since the Japan Open in July.
- Lakshya Sen defeated defending champion Jonatan Christie of Indonesia 21-17, 21-10 to win the men’s singles title for the second time.
- Lakshya became the first Indian player to win two men’s singles titles at the Hylo Open.
The victories marked a memorable double-title triumph for India in international badminton.
