On 26 July 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a high-powered task force on examination reforms to enhance transparency, fairness, and security in India's examination system. The task force is chaired by Nandan Nilekani, co-founder of Infosys and the chief architect of Aadhaar.
