- The National Testing Agency declared the result of the medical entrance exam NEET-UG on 13th June.
- Prabanjan J from Tamil Nadu and Bora Varun Chakraborty from Andhra Pradesh have topped the exam with 99.99%. Maximum qualified candidates are from Uttar Pradesh followed by Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
- The National Testing Agency had conducted the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) on 7th May for 2087462 candidates at 4097 different centers located in 499 cities across the country including 14 cities outside India.
- The exam was conducted in 13 languages Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Oriya, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
