The tournament features 24 teams, including all 13 clubs from the top-tier Indian Super League, invited clubs from the I-League, state leagues, and teams representing the armed forces. The defending champions are Mohun Bagan SG. Matches will be held in Kolkata, Jamshedpur, Shillong, and Kokrajhar
