On 14 July 2025, President Droupadi Murmu appointed:
- Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju – Governor of Goa
- Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh – Governor of Haryana
- Kavinder Gupta – Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh
This follows the resignation of Brig. (Retd.) Dr. B.D. Mishra, the outgoing LG of Ladakh.
