Asian Cricket Council (ACC) announced the schedule for the Asia Cup 2023

Asian Cricket Council (ACC) president Jay Shah announced the schedule for the Asia Cup 2023 on 20 July 2023.

  1. The tournament will begin on 30th August.
  2. The event will feature six teams divided into two groups of three each.
  3. The matches will be held across four venues in Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
  4. Group A includes co-hosts Pakistan, India, and Nepal.
  5. Group B consists of Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Bangladesh.
  6. The opening match will be between Pakistan and Nepal on 30th August in Multan, Pakistan.
  7. India’s first match will be against Pakistan on 2nd September in Kandy, Sri Lanka.
  8. The final match of the tournament is scheduled for 17th September in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
